The apartment consists of the bathroom and one long room with a kitchen/dining area at one end and the living/sleeping area at the other. It has floor to ceiling door/windows so is sunny in daytime and cool at night and is well fitted including washer/drier, dishwasher, crockery, utensils etc, opens onto a large patio overlooking the pool and includes parking inside the grounds which are private and peaceful.
Provides the perfect base for exploring the delights of the French Riviera from Monte Carlo to St Tropez or head inland for the incomparable variety of scenery and lifestyles to be found in the Provence region of France.
Or, if you feel like taking it easy just relax in and around the pool, make use of the Barbeque pit and take in the sun.
