The apartment is of very high standards and is ideally situated on the beginning of Cap d'Antibes just between Antibes and Juan Les Pins. There is a nice sandy beach only a couple of minutes walk away (about 100m).

View and terraces:
Fantastic sea and mountain view from a 76m2 private roof top terrace. Views over old Antibes and Picasso museum. There are balconies on both sides of the apartment offering fantastic views. Total terrace area is 96m2. Sun all day (incl morning and evening). Outdoor quality furniture is provided on the terrace for breakfasting in style. Enjoy relaxing lunchs and dinners on the roof top terrace or on the lower terraces. There is a small outdoor bar and a new Weber gas barbeque on the roof top terrace. The roof top also has a sundeck with sun lounge beds. There are also sea views from both bedrooms.

THE ACCOMMODATION
One master bedroom (double bed) with ensuite bath and toilet, and a 2nd bedroom with separate shower and toilet.
The 2nd bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to form one large double bed. An extra supplied electrical blow-up double bed can be used that sleeps two. The apartment sleeps 2+2 comfortably but can sleep up to 6.
There is an elevator which takes you right up to the entrance door so there is easy access.
For families with children there are two baby travel cots and two baby high chairs with the apartment. There are also plastic plates, cups, small spoons/knives/forks and some toys in the apartment suitable for young children. This is handy so that you don't need to bring everything. The owner considers the apartment safe for children, most of our clients have children including the owner. The master bedroom also has a smaller flat TV with a DVD player that allows the adults and children to watch movies separately.
